Description
Our CNC fully hydraulic die forging hammer is equipped with on-line electronic monitors for pressure, temperature and cleanness and CNC energy control. The electronic monitors are used to guarantee normal operation of the hydraulic system. With precise striking energy control, our hydraulic forging press can not only reduce vibration and noise generated by excess striking energy, but also increase the hammer’s operational reliability and service life of dies as well as improve forging parts’ quality and speed up working efficiency.

1. This CNC fully hydraulic die forging hammer adopts fully hydraulic driving system to avoid oil and steam air crossing;
2. Highly integrated hydraulic control system, and the accumulator is fixed directly on the main valve block with no need of pipe connection. This can improve efficiency of the hydraulic system and facilitate maintenance of equipment;
3. Slow up and down in the case of releasing hydraulic system pressure, safer to operate;
4. Cone valve structure of priority valves and main valves allows fast response speed, excellent sealing performance and no internal leakage of this hydraulic forging press;
