Hydraulic Counterblow Hammer GH is preferably used for particularly heavy parts demanding blow energies of more than 200 kJ.

When a blow is released the upper and lower ram are accelerated towards each other counter-directionally. The ratio of the masses of upper and lower ram is between 1:4 to 1:5, depending on the hammer size. As a result, the lower ram moves at a final speed of 1 - 1.2 m/s, delivering an impact speed of about 6 m/s. This aspect is particularly important for automation and when forging flat parts.

7. Main oil pump: angle-type plunger pumps;
8. 42 (hydraulic, electronic) malfunction checking points, of which, 36 points are automatic ones;
9. Welding structure with plate steel;
10. Rams of equal weight that can strike each other with equal striking stroke through hydraulic driving;
